PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.

 

1. Please mail the payment for this event to: 2836 Belleglade Ct. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 on or before the performance date or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2. Access to performance area at least one (1) hour in advance of show time for equipment set up.

 

3. Any sound system powerful enough to fill the performance venue will do. Sound system needs at least two inputs for direct guitar signal feed. Two PA cabinets and two cabinet stands. Each consisting of one 12 or 15 inch speaker and one High-Frequency Horn. Each cabinet must have a power handling of 200 watts or higher. One power amplifier with rated power of 200 watts or higher and a channel mixer with at least two inputs.

 

4. Two stage monitors. Each consisting of one 12 or 15 inch speaker and one High Frequency Horn. Monitors must have a power handling of 200 watts or higher. Monitors must be powered by an amplification source of 100 watts or higher. Stage Monitors may contain an internal power amplifier. In the case that the monitors do not contain an internal power amplifier an external power amplifier of 100 watts or higher is needed. JBL EON Powered 15 are great PA cabinet for this event.

 

5. Lighting. One or more spotlights. Several colored lights.

 

6. Stage Hands. One or more people to assist and watch equipment during load-in and load-out.

 

7. Anthony Mazzella is insured, however, for an additional $50, your organization will be listed as additional insured.

 

8. Anthony Mazzella requests one meal while on location (pizza, sandwiches, cafeteria, etc.). Drinks must be available for the duration of event (i.e., water, pop, coffee, etc.).

 

9. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

10. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $1000.00 plus lodging.
