PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS


Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.

 

1. Please mail the payment for this event to: 2836 Belleglade Ct. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 on or before the performance date or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2. Access to performance area at least one (1) hour in advance of show time for equipment set up.

 

3. Sound is the most important technical aspect of this show. The sound system should be compatible with performance area. Stage lighting should be compatible with performance area.

 

4. Theatre / Mainstage / Outdoor Sound (minimum requirements listed) * Eight channel mixer * (2) Full Range Cabinets (18EE woofers and horns) * (1) Monitor (floor wedge) * Power Amp(s) (for cabinets and monitor) * 30 Band EQ / Reverb / Digital Delay / * CD Player

 

5. Coffeehouse / Club Sound Set (minimum requirements listed) * 4-6-or 8 Channel mixer/ Amp combo/ EQ * 2 Full Range cabinets (15" woofers and horns) * Monitor * CD Player

 

6. Stage * Stage Specification -16' x 8' elevated * Fan (on stage / large enough to cool artist during performance) * Stool / (1) clean towel * SM-58 microphone, cable, and microphone stand * Low-Z mic cables * DI boxes (1) * Monitor (l-2)

 

7. Merchandise - Client to provide 1 table for sales of T-shirts, CD , DVD and/or any other product. Artist shall retain all proceeds from such sales in the absence of a written agreement to the contrary.

 

8. This rider is comprised of the things that help provide the best comedy show possible! Though not mandatory, Craig Carmean requests: Dressing room with restroom facilities, Heating or air-conditioning, as it is customary in modern times, (2) Small bottles of Evian or Fiji Water, (2) EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Ready to Drink Shake (any flavor), (2) Sugar-free Red Bull, (2) Propel Fitness Water (Sports Bottle / Berry, Grape, or Strawberry Kiwi), (1) Subway Low-Carb Wrap (Atkins), (1) Beef Jerky, Or, room service at the hotel could be an alternative.

 

9. Travel - Ground transportation is to be provided by the client between airport, hotel, and performance. If transportation isn't available please contact your representative to add $95 to the contracted price.

 

10. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

11. We request that the client meet with Craig Carmean prior to his performance to go over parameters of content.

 

12. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $1500.00 plus lodging.
