PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS


Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.

 

1. Please hand the payment for this event to the road manager on the day of the performance, or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2. Access to performance area at least four (4) hours in advance of show time for equipment set up. Loading dock or main floor (street level) entrance required. Equipment cannot go up and down stairs. Production sites on floors, other than main floors, will require a service elevator.

 

3. Six volunteers are needed for set-up and tear-down of Fantasy event.

 

4. Thirteen (13) people are needed as volunteer dealers. The volunteer dealers will be trained by our Pit Boss at least 60 minutes prior to the arrival of the guests. An additional three (3) people are needed to assist with general production (bank, security, etc.).

 

5. The Fantasy performance area must be 40 x 75 with 13 ceiling clearance. If the performance location is not on the main floor of the building, then client must provide TjohnE road crew access to freight/service elevators (minimum 6' x 10') for equipment set-up and break-down. NOTE: Event can still be produced with lower ceiling height and less performance area. Please contact TjohnE to discuss your venue measurements if your performance area is smaller than 40' x 60' x 13'.

 

6. Fantasy Casino can be set up outside, weather permitting. Ground or surface must be dry, flat, hard, and rock free to set-up on. Wet, soft or muddy ground is unacceptable.

 

7. Ten (10) separate 110volt, 20 amp power supplies at performance location and two (2) 3' x 6' tables and four (4) chairs. One table to be used for sign in/bank and the second to be used for prizes.

 

8. For maximum aesthetics TjohnE manager must control venue lighting.

 

9. Fantasy Casino is insured, however, for an additional $50, your organization will be listed as additional insured.

 

10. Fantasy event crew requests one meal while on location (pizza, sandwiches, cafeteria, etc.). Drinks must be available for the duration of event (i.e., water, pop, coffee, etc.).

 

11. Prizes and dealers are the responsibility of the client.

 

12. Call your representative if you would like to add additional interactive events to the Fantasy Casino.

 

13. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

14. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. Client may also hand the payment to the TjohnE road manager. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $2500.00 plus lodging.
