PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

 

1.Please hand the payment for this event to the road manager on the day of the performance, or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2.Access to performance area at least 3 hours in advance of show time for equipment set up and 1 hour to break down. Loading dock or main floor (street level) entrance required. Equipment cannot go up and down stairs. Production sites on floors, other than main floors, will require a service elevator.

 

3.Four (4) people minimum to assist with load-in, set-up, teardown, and load out.

 

4.A performance area of 40’ x 40’ x 13'. This area must be flat, level and completely clear of any obstruction. The room or area must be dark, dry, and not windy. If site has an emergency lighting system that is on, they must shut off the system or cover lights. If date is outdoors, all outdoor floodlights must be shut off or covered.

 

5.One standard banquet (8’x3’) table on which equipment will be set and two chairs.

 

6.Six (6) separate 110 volt, 20 amp power circuits must be available within 50’ of dance floor.

 

7.TjohnE’s Free Style VDC is insured, however, for an additional $50, your organization will be listed as additional insured.

 

8.TjohnE’s Free Style VDC crew requests one meal while on location. Drinks must be available for the duration of event.

 

9.TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

10.Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. Client may also hand the payment to the TjohnE road manager. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $2000.00 plus lodging.
