PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.
1. Please mail the payment for this event to: 2836 Belleglade Ct. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 on or before the performance date or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.
2. Access to performance area, 15' x 15' minimum, at least thirty (30) minutes in advance of show time for equipment set up.
3. One person minimum for load in, set up, tear down, and load out.
4. For outdoor venues, you must provide a dry, level and hard surface for Massage Therapist equipment and supplies. In the case of inclement weather for outdoor shows, we request for an alternative indoor location to be provided.
5. Massage Therapist staff has the right to refuse any person he/she deems unruly or under the influence of any illegal drug.
6. Additional hours may be booked on the day of the performance for $200.00 per hour. A separate invoice will be mailed following show performance.
7. Massage Therapists may take periodic 5 minute breaks.
8. Massage Therapists request one meal while on location (pizza, sandwiches, cafeteria, etc.). Drinks must be available for the duration of event (i.e., water, pop, coffee, etc.).
9. Massage Therapy is insured, however, for an additional $50, your organization will be listed as additional insured.
10. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.
11. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $1000.00 plus lodging.
