PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.

 

1. Please mail the payment for this event to: 2836 Belleglade Ct. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 on or before the performance date or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2. If this Picture Yourself contract style is 'Postcards', we will download images available from your school website to create the 'custom' postcard image for your event. If your institution does not permit TjohnE to use images from the school website, or, if there are specific images you would like to have incorporated into the postcard, then you must email all artwork (images and logo) to MJTjohnE@aol.com at least 30 days prior to the event date. If artwork is sent to TjohnE within 30 days of event, a $75 fee will apply.

 

3. Parking pass for one (1) van during performance.

 

4. Handicap accessible performance area 15 x 15 minimum out of direct sunlight.

 

5. Access to performance area at least two (2) hours in advance of show time for equipment set up.

 

6. Two (2) separate 110volt, 20 amp power supplies at performance location.

 

7. Two (2) people minimum for load in, set up, tear down, and load out.

 

8. Two (2) standard banquet 8x3 tables and one (1) comfortable chair.

 

9. One (1) person minimum to assist production crew during show.

 

10. Picture Yourself is insured, however, for an additional $50, your organization will be listed as additional insured.

 

11. Picture Yourself crew requests one meal while on location (pizza, sandwiches, cafeteria, etc.). Drinks must be available for the duration of event (i.e., water, pop, coffee, etc.).

 

12. Outdoor shows require a tent with sides, a solid surface to set up on, and a dry environment. Note: We recommend securing an alternative indoor location in the case of inclement weather.

 

13. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

14. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return to the college within two semesters for the cost of $1500.00 plus lodging.
