PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Although this event is self-contained, the following are minimum technical requirements to help ensure a successful event.

 

1. Please mail the payment for this event to: 2836 Belleglade Ct. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 on or before the performance date or call Marin at 877/295-5559 to make other arrangements.

 

2. Access to performance area at least two (2) hours in advance of show time for equipment set up.

 

3. For a day show, client is to provide one (1) standard 110, 20 AMP power supply. For a night show, client is to provide three (3) 110 volt, 20 AMP power supply. (Separate circuits preferred.)

 

4. One (1) table (3 x 6) at performance location for sign up.

 

5. Although the actual size of X-Treme Air is 35' x 65' when set up, we ask for a minimum performance area of 75' x 75' on pavement. Client will be responsible for towing if performance area is not suitable for entrance or exit from performance area.

 

6. Two (2) people to assist with sign-ups and waivers during performance. If the client cannot provide people to assist with production, then TjohnE Productions, Inc. will provide people at the clients expense of $300.00 per person per day.

 

7. Generators may be rented from TjohnE for $500. Please arrange at least two weeks before contracted date.

 

8. X-Treme Air crew requests one meal while on location (pizza, sandwiches, cafeteria, etc.). Drinks must be available for the duration of event (i.e., water, pop, coffee, etc.).

 

9. The X-treme Air crew manager has the right to reject any person from the simulator that he deems a problem.

 

10. Client who wishes to collect fees from participants must provide persons to do so, for the full term of the performance.

 

11. X-Treme Air is insured, however, for an additional $500, your organization will be listed as additional insured.

 

12. TjohnE will pay you for high resolution photos of your event. Call your representative for details.

 

13. Cancellation/Change Date Policy: By signing this contract, client agrees to provide the space required (as listed on the rider) for this event. If the required space is NOT secured, or, in the event of inclement weather on the day of this contracted event, the client agrees to mail one check, made out to TjohnE, for the full amount of the payment. In an effort to keep a good relationship, TjohnE further agrees to return within two semesters for the cost of $2000.00 plus lodging.
