Tim John, President

draf season

In 1955, I was born in Detroit, MI at St. John's Hospital to Harold & Margret John. I have three brothers and one sister. I went to St. Anne's grade school and Bishop Foley High School. After all of the Catholic education, I flunked out of Grand Valley State University's music school...ugh!! I did graduate life with honors by living each day as if it were my last. I love my animals, Fat Oliver & Ziggfeld. And most of all, I love that I work with my wife & kids, although since doing so I've lost all my authority.

Recently I've been playing a lot with my two amazing granddaughters Sarina, Marin's daughter who's five, and Jaisen's daughter Paityn who just turned one in April. I've been teaching them everything I know about life, golf, pizza, music and of course, the updated features and benefits of our new shows. Having Grand Kids is just a whole different can of worms.....I love these guys like nobody knows.

I'm writing this update on Fathers day, 2009. I'll miss my dads jokes & laughter at this years BBQ. He passed away last Thanksgiving. Harold Robert John was a awesome salesman, and business owner. I learned quite a lot from him over our lifetime. Things like "treat the people you work with, like you treat you customers" He'd also say, "we need our customers more then they need us". And of course when our sales numbers were down, he's say "Tim, even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then" He could really make me laugh..Happy Fathers day Dad, I love you.

Unsolicited Family update:

: for those of you who've worked with family, or are planing too, I dedicate the next few words to you....Working with family is a strange thing for all involved. from my perspective, being the boss, and the dad inherently comes with conflicts. As the dad, I have a those natural instincts to make nice. You know, nurture, protect, give em stuff etc..But as the boss I have a natural urge to manage, teach, discipline an be a good example to them. Being a good example 24/7 is not that hard to do, not really difficult either, or stressful, rather it's fricking impossible!!

There's natural synergy working with them, yet in a unnatural state of conflicting moments. The good part is trust, yes, good ol' trust, can't beat it. To me trust is something that's there, or isn't. Dedication also fits into the category of good. Like trust, it can't be taught, it's either inherent, or missing in the DNA. Connectivity is cool thing too...I've been lucky enough to witness some of the most awesomely spectacular moments, by just being in the right place at the right time. In case you're interested, both grand kids, Sarina & Paityn worked at the office from the age of 6 weeks to 6 months. They answered phones, filed contracts and smelled the place up with unusual infant aromas. Unforgettable.

Someday, hopefully way down he pike...When I'm booking shows in the happy hunting grounds, they'll forget most of the BS I put them through as the boss, and remember how much I loved them all. Building a family company is cool, but the thing that matters most is that we all stay connected through the ups and downs, and supported each other. This may come as a surprise to you, but at the end of the day, everyone else on planet earth really doesn't care about my company or my life, sad but true. Whatever is in store for me, I know a few things for sure, my families been responsible for pissing me off, making me laugh, sleepless nights, keeping me grounded, emptying my wallet, beating me in racquet ball, (just recently) beating me in badminton, (just recently) beating me in golf (also just recently) But soon I will be back in shape, and will turn the tide on my loss's ....sure

Born Feb. 1, 1982 to Timothy and Linda John. One sister, Marin. Married my girlfriend Mahrya a few years back, and we're expecting our first child in April. Her name will be Paityn Ryan, stay tuned! Being the small business that we are, my responsibilities are too numerous to say, but what I can tell you is I'm involved with the sales and marketing of our shows, production, tour management and even on occasion, kitchen duty and coffee supply. I like that aspect of my job, as the entire family does whatever it takes to accommodate our employees, clients and acts. I enjoy golf, racquet sports, and working around my new home. I love the challenges this industry offers, and all the possibilities. I like the fact that my dad continues to dream like a kid about the future of the company and the entertainment industry and how we can impact and change the market. I inherited his passion for business, I think the whole family has. And I can now kick his ass in Racquet ball every time we play. Badminton too...

I've worked for my dad for over a decade. I enjoy hanging out with my daughter, running, traveling, and when I can find the time, reading books about the constitution. I last read The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court by Jeffrey Toobin and The Majesty of the Law by Sandra Day O'Connor. I am currently reading The 5000 Year Leap by W. Cleon Skousen. The 5000 Year Leap is about the 28 Principles of Freedom our Founding Fathers said must be understood and perpetuated by every people who desire peace, prosperity, and freedom.

I am a first generation child (my mom is from Lithuania who came to the States after the war) born in Grand Rapids, and raised in Wyoming, Michigan. I met the love of my life one evening when I ventured to the big city of Grand Rapids with some friends (Wyoming at the time was a very small suburb). Hooking up with Tim, I had no idea I was about to embark on the biggest ride of my life.

I love traveling, reading, and hanging with my granddaughter Sarina. I'm looking forward to the newest member of the family, Paityn, in April.

I, personally, am just your average 21 year old girl... a little silly at times, but still pretty normal. I have a very wise father, a very loving, devoted mother, 4 amazing sisters (2 older and 2 younger), and 2 pretty awesome nephews. I don’t know what I would do without my family. I also have some of the world’s best friends who make my world a much better place. Riding in a car that I am driving is never a good idea… I am a terrible driver. There seems to be no easy to way put this, but, I am the biggest Britney Spears fan… have been since 1998 and will be until the day that she calls me and tells me to stop, haha. Like I said, I am a little silly at times, I do love to have a good time, but I have experienced a lot in my day so I can tell you a thing or two about a thing or two…

Although I am still reasonably young, I do feel like I have a good sense of who I am and where I am going in life, and that brings a sense of contentment that some people will never know… for that I am grateful. I have been very blessed in the fact that I have found my niche in this world… I have a great career that allows me to creatively use all of my skills and abilities, and while doing so, I am surrounded by wonderful, hilarious, upbeat people who truly care about me… a girl can’t really ask for too much more than that. I am married to DeAnthony and we have two adorable boys Taven and Malique who keep us laughing all of the time. I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have been here all of my life. I resided on the south east side of town with my mother Sophia and three younger brothers Ryan, Micheal and Kevin. Being the only and oldest girl in the family was hard but very rewarding at times. Well I should say all of the time because I am very spoiled. Everyone who knows me would say that I'm funny, goofy and self-disciplined. I currently attend Brookline College in Arizona for my business managment degree and I'll be putting that to use soon hopefully. As of now I plan on progressing here at my job and living life to the fullest. Wish me luck!

Paityn John

draf season

Hello universe! I was born at St. Mary's hospital on April 13, 2008 to Mahrya and Jaisen. I weighed 7lbs, 10 oz. and I've got lot's of cool brown hair. I'm planning on making my mark in the entertainment production industry by the time I turn 2. I'd do it sooner, if I could just get out of these poopie diapers and get some real food. Breast milk is kind of tasteless and chalky...I wonder if it's 'cause I don't have taste buds? Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting all of you at some point, but first I'm going to figure out how to walk, talk and get my financial shit together. Remember to keep all your noses clean, and in lieu of birthday presents, just book a few shows from my dad, he needs the money.

Peace out! Paityn

I'm the adorable and extremely intelligent canine you occasionally see exhibited in magazine ads, shamelessly promoting Tj's shows and announcements. I would like to now state for the record, I get paid very little for all the attention they derive from my sexy pictures. But, I'm a team player, and will continue to support the cheap bastard in his lofty endeavors. So, here's a few bits of information you should know about me...I don't know anything about my mother or father as that rat bastard Tj took me from them before we could bond. I'm not entirely upset about this as I have a fairly nice existence here at the ranch. I do love human food, but who doesn't? I love other canines...I think? But most of all I love driving Tj's new Range Rover Supercharged. It is a real thrill for me. See you in the funny papers..ZIG

You know me sista from the magazine ads TjohnE puts out. I'm the muscle in the family. I come from the Genovese family in Chicago. I used to be the lunch room supervisor. Now, you'll only see me at your door when you don't take care of business in a timely manner, if you get what I mean? Listen, I'm not always busting balls, I have a endearing loveable side too, I just can't show much. If I did, none of you would take me seriously. If you want to stay on my good side, send meat, raw meat, no chicken, no fish...It gives me gas. Comprehend de' vue? My favorite thing to do is eat, as a matter of fact my favorite restaurant is called "EAT" great blue plate specials!! Anyway, it's been real...FO
